Account Manager

Our client is seeking a qualified Account Manager to join their growing company. This is a Direct Hire role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
• Understand our customers’ requirements and objectives.
• Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client’s network objectives.
• Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
• Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Understand the responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
