Inside Sales Representative
$70-80K/annually (based on experience and qualifications)
Our client is an established and growing distributor of specialized mechanical equipment in Canada. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role and an excellent long-term, career opportunity.
Schedule: Days, Monday to Friday
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and conduct follow-ups to customers to advance the sale forward and to close
- Partner with Management, learn from them, and grow the business and your stable and long-term career
- Support Senior Management with business development, business projects, administration, personnel items
- Business development
- Work closely with customers
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have a caring, warm, positive, dynamic and outgoing personality and attitude
- Previous experience in sales, sales support, or administrative support to Senior Management within an engineering, and/or rotating equipment, and/or technical company is a must
- Solid sales skills and relationship building ability
- Team player who is able to get along very well with others
- Seeking stability; a long-term career with opportunity for growth within the company
- Very personable, flexible, and able to deal with pressure
- Skilled in multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Quick learner and intelligent
- Very good computer skills (SAP Business One experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, written, verbal)
