Hydraulics Technician/Installer

Our client is seeking a Hydraulics Technician/Installer to join their truck body team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role.

Responsibilities:‍

• Install hydraulic systems including PTO’s, pumps, compressors, cranes, outriggers, tool circuits and Hi-Rail systems
• Test and inspect assemblies and units
• Create detailed schematics of custom systems and Bills of Material
• Test and repair hydraulic systems
• Reporting
• Other duties as required

‍

‍Qualifications:‍

• 2+ years experience
• Fluid Power Technician/Trades School and/or Hydraulic Specialist/Technologist
• Knowledge of hydraulic components, including mounting and operation.
• Knowledge and experience of component and part sizes
• Mechanical aptitude with power and hand tools
• Can read and understand schematics
• Very good English and people skills
• Able to perform physical work
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and 12-volt electrical systems
